Top research institute in Italy, Fondazione Bruno Kessler (FBK) is a research non-profit public interest entity. It consists of a community of over 400 researchers, 140 doctoral students, 200 visiting fellows and 700 affiliates. The result of more than half a century of history, through 11 centres dedicated to technology, innovation and social sciences, FBK aims to achieve excellent results in the scientific and technological field with regard to interdisciplinary approaches and the application dimension.

FBK participates in the project with its Digital Society Centre (DigiS), a research center formed by a multidisciplinary team of 100+ researchers, technologists and managers organised in 12 research units dedicated to specific research areas in the ICT domain and 2 support units. In PRECRISIS, FBK-DigiS will participate with the following units: DVL – Deep Visual Learning, DH – Digital Humanities, LanD – Language and Dialog Technology, MOBS – Mobile and Social Computing, DS Lab – Digital Society Laboratory and PMG – Project Management Group.
